Andy took over sales at Tungsten after three years of flat revenue and delivered 18% growth, 11% over target, then helped sell the company to Kofax at an 89% premium. As CRO at Bleckwen before that, he grew the pipeline from €7M to €35M in twelve months, and the team was named Fintech of the Year.

He spent nearly two decades at Deutsche Bank, latterly running an EMEA cash-management business across 17 markets with a €200M-plus P&L, and making it the top-ranked provider in Europe. He's at ease with global corporates and the C-suite, and just as at ease rebuilding a team that's lost three years of momentum.
