Why it matters in B2B sales

Most sales improvement programmes teach a method or run a workshop. Closing OS is different: it installs the method into how the team sells by building it into stage architecture, CRM workflow, manager inspection and the weekly operating cadence. Training fades. An installed system does not.

What good looks like
