How it works

Eight elements, each scored 0 to 3 on the evidence the buyer has actually given you. The scorecard totals a Deal Health Index out of 24 and bands it: 0 to 8 red (disqualify or restart discovery), 9 to 16 amber (qualify further), 17 to 24 green (qualified). For any element scored low, it surfaces the question to ask next.

The point is the thinking. AI can score a deal for you, but leaning on it removes the mental reps a seller needs, so that qualification informs the questions they ask in the room, how they read a call afterwards, and what they do next, without reaching for a tool. Use it yourself first; the prompt is for checking, not thinking.
